Hi Justin and Cindy,

Yes, that seems to be the problem. I tried the test file on a server
and it ran great. Running locally off the file system, I had to update
my Flash permissions before I could get it to run.

Uploader includes a README file that explains how to configure your
Flash permissions for testing on the local file system:

Here are the relevant steps:

1. Open your browser
2. Browse to: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
3. In the Flash Settings panel, click "Edit locations..."
4. Select "Add location..."
5. Click "Browse for folder..."
6. Select the local /src/webapp/lib/swfupload/flash/ directory that
contains the swfupload.swf file
7. Restart your browser

Let us know if this solves your problem, Cindy.
