Hi Ayush,
Sorry, I’m not completely following your post. When you say Infusion, do you mean Infusion the javascript framework <https://github.com/fluid-project/infusion> or do you mean the UI of the Infusion-Docs site <https://docs.fluidproject.org/infusion/development/>.

In regards to the above,I’m assuming you are referring to the Issues and PRs that have been filed recently. Related to the GSoC project ideas, it isn’t required to file issues or fix bugs with the current sites. A good starting point is to look at the project descriptions and follow the “How to get started” sections.
There are two separate, although similar, project ideas for this years GSoC.
Migrate FLOE and Fluid project websites to a Modern Static Site Generator <https://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Google+Summer+of+Code+2020+with+the+Fluid+Project#GoogleSummerofCode2020withtheFluidProject-MigrateFLOEandFluidprojectwebsitestoaModernStaticSiteGenerator>
Refactor and Automate Infusion Documentation <https://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Google+Summer+of+Code+2020+with+the+Fluid+Project#GoogleSummerofCode2020withtheFluidProject-RefactorandAutomateInfusionDocumentation>
They are both about adding/changing the static site generator used. Although the latter is also about separating the content from the static site generation and outputting different versions of the documentation.
Please let us know if you have specific questions or comments. However, I’m not sure from your post if those are best followed up here on the mailing list or in the issue tracker.
Thanks
Justin
