Description:

Learn how World Possible <https://worldpossible.org/> and its partners are
using low-cost server/routers to bring Open Educational Resources to
remote, offline learners. We'll present and demo our RACHEL (Remote Area
Community Hotspot for Education & Learning) devices, and discuss case
studies for how RACHEL is used around the world.
