unpkg - CDN for NPM

Came across this morning and looks useful – since we distribute a /dist directory with the NPM build of Infusion, this means it’s possible to pull any NPM-based version of Infusion or its assets from the CDN: https://unpkg.com/infusion@2.0.0/dist/
