FYI I've started playing with VSTS from Microsoft which despite the
name has nothing to do with Visual Studio and Is not tied to MS stuff.
I had PM, CI and CD. It looks good, but as you'd expect the
presupplied tasks are all MS tech oriented. It's also designed for
large projects (Like windows) so has many large team features that are
not so much of interest to us.
That said GitLabs and Bitbucket are both adding CI pipelines as well
