Infusion 2.0 Release - work remaining ( update #14 )

We’d like to be in a position to start testing the Infusion 2.0 release on
Monday Oct 24. For those that are working on reviewing or coding for a Pull
Request, please ensure that it is merged into the project repository by
Friday Oct 21. Any outstanding PRs that are not merged by then, may not be
included in the Infusion 2.0 release.

Please reveal *all* of the Pull Request sections below and review if you
