Inclusive Learning Design Handbook entry on sonification

Hi all,

I’ve opened a pull request to the ILDH for a page on sonification that pulls together some of what we’ve learned from the chart authoring work at a very high level: https://github.com/fluid-project/docs-inclusive-learning/pull/8

Tapping those who have worked closely on the sonification in particular to have a look, but anyone’s opinion is welcome.
