GSOC UIO Mobile - pull request and feedback

Hello everyone,

I am working on the responsive version of the UI options as part of the
Google Summer of Code program. I made a pull request with all the changes
that I have done so far (https://github.com/fluid-project/infusion/pull/726).
I will be very thankful is some of you can have a look at it and give some
feedback.
