current Monday 1pm ET time, to Tuesday 10am ET. The reason for this
proposal is to better accommodate schedules and timezones of collaborators
on current projects.

I also propose to reduce the scheduled time from 1.5 hours to 1 hour
(traditionally we have rarely gone over 1 hour).
