Hello Nitish, and welcome,
The tutorials at http://docs.fluidproject.org/infusion/development/index-tutorials.html and the docs at http://docs.fluidproject.org/infusion/development/index.html are the best starting point for learning Infusion.
I'd particularly recommend http://docs.fluidproject.org/infusion/development/FrameworkConcepts.html to understand Infusion's goals and some of its particular language.
The IRC channel #fluid-work (which I believe you've already joined) is a good spot to ask questions, as is this list.
Are the particular things you're interested in doing with Infusion or particular things that interest you in it?

Subject: Tips to Start
Hello everyone!
My name's Nitish and I'm a novice Angular programmer. I came across Infusion and liked the idea. :-)
Looking for a way to start. Any tips?
Thanks.
