Hi Dana, sorry I couldn't come to the meeting yesterday about the use
cases. The goals you listed sound good to me, and here are my
thoughts for goals 1, 2 and 7. I hope I'm not just rehashing stuff
you guys already talked about yesterday, if so then I'm really sorry
for taking up e-mail space. I'm also sorry in advance if my ideas
make things more complicated than what we want to accomplish with P4A.
1. have daily living needs met (including tech needs) (I only)
- Although this totally sounds like it should be individuals only, I
just came up with the thought that it could also be a way for an
organization to seek assistance or new employees (e.g.1: an
organization like Tetra has a client who requests assistance but needs
a high-tech solution none of the volunteers or employees are equipped
to build so they come to P4A and ask if anyone can do it for them;
e.g.2: an organization has a volunteer or employee with a disability
who needs help with something and the organization wants to help find
someone who can assist; e.g.3: an organization/company providing
personal support workers is looking to fill an opening so they come to
P4A to find a PSW in their area who might be interested in the job).
2. have learning needs met (I only?)
- Kind of like Goal #1.
7. share ideas (I only)
- I think this could also apply to organizations (e.g. orgs who aren't
in the developing field but have an idea they think might help people
and no way to build it).
Thanks, and take care.
