Wiki updated to use HTTPS protocol

Hi Steve,

It's working fine for me on the following browsers:

- Windows 8.1 64-bit - IE11
- Windows 8.1 64-bit - Chrome 43
- Windows Phone 8.1 - IE
- Linux 64-bit - Firefox 38
- Linux 64-bit - Chrome 42

I'd suggest to clear your browser cache to see if it's not an issue
with the HTTP redirect and/or downgrade from a preview version of
 Windows ;-)

Cheers,
Giovanni
