Wiki updated to use HTTPS protocol

Hello,

 I have reconfigured the Fluid's wiki to work with HTTPS (encrypted):
 https://wiki.fluidproject.org

 Connections to the old URL (http://wiki.fluidproject.org) will get
 redirected to use HTTPS.

 Please let me know if you notice any issues.
