What should happen to component api docs

Hi Simon,

I'm looking through the documentation issues and am a bit confused by a couple of jiras.

FLUID-5328 and FLUID-5329

It sounds like these to jiras have different tasks for the same set of documents. Should one of them be closed, or am I mistaking which wiki pages they are referring to?
