I am putting together the various notes that have come out of our "Framework best practices" discussions, and I would appreciate feedback on the structure and coverage of what I've got so far:

Please keep in mind that this is *not* Framework API documentation; this is a Best Practices guide that is intended to be a supplement to the API documentation.
