GlobalPreferences - Generating Preferences v2

Hi everyone,

I have revised the "Generating Preferences" diagram based on feedback to
the mailing list, the design discussions between the IDRC and ISKME last
week, and the preferences categorization work (see email "Prototype Design
Meeting Notes" sent March 5th and this document http://goo.gl/3mtQ4).

The notable changes from the first version of this diagram:
1. Expanded the description of the "Wizard" based on the ongoing work in
preferences categorization.
2. Added the remark about preferences automation to (3) Content
Customization
3. Changed some terminology (i.e. "Preference set" is now called "Learner
preferences") -- the exact wording to be finalized later.

Please take a look, notably the Wizard component - hopefully we can begin
fleshing out what the wizard / preferences assessment tool will look like.
