Video Player 0.1 Released

The Fluid community is happy to announce the release of Video Player 0.1

Video Player is designed to be a fully accessible HTML5 video player. The designs for Video Player can be seen at
	http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/%28Floe%29+video+player+mockups+%28final%29

0.1 is the first public release of Video Player and includes initial support for:
    * Captions
    * Transcripts
    * Integration with UI Options
    * Keyboard Accessibility
    * Graceful Degradation for IE8
