Feedback requested - IE8 issues with keyboard a11y affecting Video Player v0.1 release

I feel that we have reached a level of polish that is consistent with an 0.1 release. There are some areas that continue to need work and will be addressed in future releases. 

My recommendation would be to release the current code base as 0.1 and document the critical shortcomings and available work arounds. Going forward, we'll work to address these and other issues with each future release.

We're hoping to put out the 0.1 release of Video Player by Monday. Please let us know your thoughts.
