Hi all,
Attached is the latest Cloud for All diagram elaborating on the interaction using the PCP. I think there's a lot in it that can be simplified and thought more through, but your feedback is welcomed!
Thanks,
Joanna

Hi All,
Please see Page 5 for our latest omnigraffle diagram. Joanna and I worked through the decision tree for a personal device (phone), and started to work through the kiosk flow but this section is very bare bones. The phone tree also needs more thinking through and tweaking but we welcome any feedback you may have!
Thanks,
Dana

Hi all,
Today, Dana and I continued mapping out and thinking through the various Cloud for All tools and interaction. Attached is the omnigraffle file. Page 4 is the latest diagram with some questions that came up on the bottom. So far the diagram is focused around Preference Set creation using the Preference Management Tool versus the Personal Control Panel. I think the visualization of this will evolve as we add more pieces.
Thanks,
Joanna

Hi all,
Attached is the continuation of our messy mind map of the interaction between the Cloud for All tools. The second screen is attempting to visualize the context the different tools may be used in, but this might not be the right form to accurately capture the variety use cases. And the most recent, the third screen is starting to explore possible workflows.
Thanks,
Joanna
