Hi All,
Please see Page 5 for our latest omnigraffle diagram. Joanna and I worked
through the decision tree for a personal device (phone), and started to
work through the kiosk flow but this section is very bare bones. The phone
tree also needs more thinking through and tweaking but we welcome any
feedback you may have!
