[GlobalPreferences] PGA design: 3 ways to generate preferences

Hi Gregg,
I wonder if the 4th approach can be the same as the 3rd in Jon's diagram:
the user does modifications directly on the page (in one or several
sessions) and they are saved as a preference set.
