Scheduled downtime for issues.fluidproject.org

Hi all,

I would like to schedule downtime today for http://issues.fluidproject.org so that JIRA can be upgraded.  The upgrade will address the following security issue: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+Security+Advisory+2013-02-21

Fluid's JIRA instance will be offline from 5:00 - 5:30 PM EST today.  I'll send out a notice once it's online again.
