(PGA) Use Cases

Hi Tona,

I've read a few of these over - they're very good! I've added a use case
under "Kim" which explores how someone who is distracted uses PGA as a tool
to help them scan literature, save content for later reading, and how their
progress can be tracked.

I'm going to work on a use case now which explores a different approach to
expressing and generating a learning preference from the perspective of
someone completely new to the PGA, doesn't know much about "learning
preferences". i.e. how will they be guided through their initial encounter,
and how they can adjust their preferences during subsequent sessions.
