(PGA) Use Cases

Hi all,

These last days I've been working on use cases for PGA, so you if you have
a look at this page, you will find more complete profiles now. All cases
are work-in-progress, so please consider them as drafts that are still

Now I'm working on users' constellations (they can be useful to guide us
better in the characteristics and needs of each profile).
