API Changes in the Framework

Hi,

Yura and I have been reviewing some of the major changes and improvements that Antranig has been making to the framework. I would like to get this code into the project repo master branch, however, I think we need to talk about some of the API changes and our current policies around API changes before I push them. Could we try to schedule a meeting for tomorrow to discuss this? 

Antranig and Colin, does 2:30 Eastern work for you tomorrow?
