community workshop schedule update

I'm fine with that idea. I had moved it up because of a couple of conferences that appear to be scheduled at the end of Feb and beginning of March. I can postpone it to Mar 13th instead and add this suggested topic in its place. I've made the changes on the community workshops page in the wiki.
