New tutorial for IoC: Feedback, please

At our documentation meeting yesterday, Antranig identified the five-star widget component in the keyboard accessibility tutorial as a simple example of IoC that he directs people to as introduction.

I've started a tutorial centred around this code, independent of the notion of keyboard accessibility and focusing on the basics of the Framework and IoC:

It's not complete yet, but it should give you an idea of what I'm thinking of.

I would appreciate any feedback on the format, corrections, pointers for things to highlight, or any other comments that would help improve this tutorial.
