Hey Dana,

These docs look really good. I imagine we'll want to split out the user testing piece from the narrative. And I'm still poking at the narrative, wondering if there's a way we can organize the feedback a little differently. I'll look at it more since it isn't jumping out at me. We can talk more about it next week.
