UI Options user testing protocol

I've changed the order of some tasks in the UI Options user testing
protocol (

).

Reordered tasks are those corresponding to *Directed tasks for top/side
panel > Advanced Features*. As you will see, the Reset to Default and back
to customized design tasks are now first in this group (4a and 4b).

Jess, Joana and I commented this yesterday, so the order of the prototype
slides will be adapted to this change.
