Accessibility review of authoring tool

The OER Commons staging site is having some problems with the 'view' mode for the authored content right now, so I'm not yet able to evaluate the accessibility of the output of the authoring tool. In the meantime, I've started a wiki page with my findings so far for the accessibility of the authoring interface itself:
