wiki page for local ajax settings

Thanks!

If anyone finds it helpful, my typical approach these days is to use a local web server to serve up my entire code directory when I need to test anything that uses Ajax. It means I never have to modify my browser's settings in a way that users typically don't.

MAMP is fine for this, or you can use any of the mini web servers implemented in Python or Node.js.
