Framework changes in master

Thanks Michelle and Antranig for getting all of these changes in. I was looking over the API change. Although it doesn't look like something that someone would have used, we can't be certain that any of our users haven't. Since we've tried to provide backwards compatibility for all our point releases, I think we should deprecate and continue to support the old name.
Thanks
Justin

If you are including individual javascript files, note that some functionality has moved from Fluid.js into FluidView.js so you will likely require both javascript files.

Antranig explains the reason for the change on this pull request: https://github.com/fluid-project/infusion/pull/195. I think the change is fine but I'd like to hear from the larger community if you feel that we should either support the old name or not make the name change.
