Tooltips on Video Player controls? (for minimum viability)

Hi Anastasia,

Good point. We are working on new (refined) versions of the designs for the
Video Player, and one of the first things we have added are the tooltips.

>From my point of view, they should be considered as one of the Minimum
Viability Requirements, if possible. Do you agree?
