Two new video player a11y bugs added to JIRA

Hi Justin,

I have added two new accessibility related JIRAs against the Video Player:

- FLUID-4876 <http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4876>: NVDA reads
"Text-frame" for each focusable text block in the transcript in Firefox.
- FLUID-4875: <http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4875> NVDA reads
the entire transcript per focusable text block when in Browse Mode with
Chrome.

Of the two bugs, FLUID-4875 is the most severe. Despite these two issues,
NVDA reads the contents of the transcript when focused initially when not
in Browse Mode.

Not sure how these issues fit into our current development plan.

What are your thoughts?
