Partial Testing Starting today

An update on our current status:

Barring any new blockers popping up we should just be handling pull requests and testing now. If you come across any issue that seems like it may be a blocker, please ping me in the channel to discuss it. If you are unsure if it could be a blocker or not, don't be afraid to bring it up.
