Picking an existing video player

Won't be able to make the meeting, but I thought I'd punch in a couple of video player options:

- videojs is a GNU licensed (GPL3) video player with good skinability
- jwplayer got a lot of chatter from the Toronto Accessibility Camp as a top candidate for a keyboard accessible video player
