bug parade Infusion 1.4

We're officially kicking off bug parade for the Infusion 1.4 release. It's currently scheduled to run from today to May 27.

This time we're trying something a bit different. Rather than sending out a constant stream of bug parade e-mails, all bug parade updates will be communicated via a jira report.
