Mail server outage Thursday June 30, 6PM EDT

Hi Everyone,

I'll be moving the mailing lists around on Thursday, June 30 at 6PM EDT.
This will necessitate a 2 hour outage of our mail servers to make sure the
move goes smoothly. No mail will be lost and all inbound mail should queue
on its originating servers to be delivered once the outage is over.
