New crop of Uploader JIRAs.

Hi everyone,

Having worked with Cindy in implementing the new Image Uploader demo, I have
created some new Jiras for issues I've discovered.

FLUID-4281: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4281
- Ability to specify the fixed / relative dimensions of the uploader

FLUID-4278: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4278
- Uploader error messages should be more descriptive.


Demo Specific Issues:

FLUID-4280: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4280
- Changing supported file types causes the Uploader to reset in the Image
Uploader (may not be a bug, see the comment attached to the jira).

FLUID-4279: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4279
- Demo should group error messages and display them at the end of the upload
process.
