UIO Issues - In the Home Stretch

The other day, Michelle and I sat down with James and walked through UIO to determine it's current state. From that I've filed several more Jiras that we should look into for the Infusion 1.4 release. I think we're in the home stretch for the work needed on UIO and these jiras should represent the final bit of polish and functionality that we need for the Infusion 1.4 release.
