Testing our components with UI Options

hi all,

I went through each of our components to see how they stood up to changes via UI Options and here's what I found. Also note that we've removed linearization temporarily from UIO for this release as there's a bit more work there.

Two relative biggies:
FLUID-4326: Increased text-size & line-spacing breaks browse/add more button in Uploader
FLUID-4327: Themed pager makes page # tooltip text invisible

General confirmation that our components need to be using FSS:
FLUID-3808:
Reorderer: req'd css should be moved to FSS & themes instead of req'd by implementer to add
Inline Edit: theming needed for icons, invitation text, invitation background hover/active
Pager: colour of links not themed (get dk blue on black links for w/b for ex)
Progress: for all themes, progress bar fill colour is the same as bg colour. There's a border around the bar which helps but seems like opposite colour would be better

One weird thing I'll further investigate:
Grid Reorder drop marker is grid space instead of line when UIO on page. Not sure if it's an implementation issue or actual bug. Will play.

Test page status:
FLUID-4316: "Won't fix" for now as it'll require a bit more work to get going. I tested each component manually for now, but a test page like this would be nice to have someday.
