what's left for the Infusion 1.3.1 release

We've release 1.3.1 :)

There are still a few cleanup tasks left to do.

- update repo to 1.4-snapshot
- update readme for snapshot
- update pom for image gallery
- talk to anastasia about the remaining doc tasks for 1.3.1
- review "release process" wiki page

We'll get these done next week.
