Code Frozen for 1.3.1 release; Bundle testers needed

We are now freezing the codebase in Git, in preparation for the tagging the 1.3.1 release. Please don't push any changes to the main project repository until we lift the freeze.

Once we have tagged the code and created the release bundles, we'll be looking for people to help us test them.
