Infusion 1.3.1 Testing - Results for Inline Edit Windows 7 (some new issues)

Hi everyone, here are the results from doing testing on the Rich Text Inline
Edit in Windows 7:

** New bugs:

FLUID-4066
"The word "Edit" in tooltip doesn't match capitalization on the "Edit" link"

FLUID-4067
"Rich Text Inline Edit - No focus styling on Edit link"

FLUID-4068
"Rich Text Inline Edit failing unit test #31 in IE8"

FLUID-4070 "After undo and redo an edit that deletes all text, edit
incorrectly displays the original text."

** Updated "affects versions" to include 1.3.1:
FLUID-3909 "Rich Text Inline Edit - Pressing Cancel renders the Undo Edit
link when no edits performed"
FLUID-3865 "Rich text inline edit demo does not contain focus styling for
TinyMCE toolbar items"
FLUID-3608 "Text goes wonky when pasting in non-standard characters using
rich text inline edit with CKEditor"
