Status of 1.3.1

Hi Heidi,

Seems like this is a bug stemming from our fix to FLUID-3837, which was a blocker for 1.3.1. Given that, I've also filed FLUID-4061 as a blocker for the release. Fix away!

Was there another bug related to this issue as well?
