Needs commit status in JIRA

Hi everyone,

We have recently gained a new 'needs commit' status in JIRA (thanks Justin and Jamon) and it would be great it we could start using it.  I almost forgot to put in a patch because the JIRA was marked as resolved and so fell off my radar. 

If you know of any JIRA issues that are waiting to be pulled into the project repo, please change the status of the JIRA to 'needs commit'.
