Status of 1.3.1

Hi everyone,

Justin, Colin and I met yesterday to take a look at the open JIRAs for 1.3.1 and there are a few decisions that we need to make. If you have thoughts on this feel free to chime in. 

1. Should we ship the changes to get/set that went in with svn revision 10469 even though we will not be doing a full QA cycle?
	Justin and Antranig are planning to talk about this.

2. Should we fork jslint so we can keep our 'var in for' style or should we change our style?
	Antranig has offered to do the fork and pull request .

3. Should we ship 4055 (IoC changes) in 1.3.1 or 1.4?
	My personal thoughts are that we put these changes in 1.4 but I'd like to know what Antranig thinks.


Below is a summary of what's left to do for 1.3.1 - note how all the blockers are currently on my plate for review. :) There is quite a bit of dependency in these issues too which isn't great but hopefully I'll make some progress today. 


Blockers:

FLUID-4037 - Heidi has a patch for this issue and is waiting for me to review it
FLUID-3837 - Heidi has a patch for this issue and is waiting for me to review it - it depends on 4037 being in
FLUID-4029 - Heidi has a patch for this issue and is waiting for me to review it - it depends on 3837 being in
FLUID-3878 - Harris has a patch for this issue and is waiting for me to review it - it depends on 4029 being in 
FLUID-3946 - Golam has a patch for this issue and is waiting for me to review it


Critical:

FLUID-4036 - Justin is working on this issue
FLUID-3905 - This is waiting for a decision on what we do with jslint
FLUID-3904 - Golam is continuing work on this. What ever we don't get done will get put into 1.4
FLUID-3886 - The strategy for fixing this was worked out in the channel. Either Colin or I will attempt to get this work done and into 1.3.1 but it hasn't been started yet. 


Major:

FLUID-4055 - Not sure about the status of this one - perhaps it's a change we'd rather put into 1.4 
FLUID-4045 - Harris is working on this issue
FLUID-3900 - Mike has started this work and has a patch which could be picked up by someone else
FLUID- 3887 - Heidi is working on this one


There are also several documentation tasks that are in progress. These will likely continue through the QA period.
