Wiki user names

Hi All,

There was brief mention a few weeks ago about changing wiki usernames in
Confluence from old out of date email addresses to current ones.

Ideally this will only be done for foo at utoronto.ca > foo at ocad.ca
addresses, but if your username really needs changing, it can be done
for anyone per these instructions (tested with PostgreSQL script):

Please respond privately if this applies to you with:

a) your current username (used when logging in)
b) your desired username (example: email address, JamonCamisso jcamisso
would work well)
