Scrollable table in IE6 (FLUID-4037)

Hey Heidi,

Here's an interesting opportunity to experiment with our new move to Git. I applied your latest patch to FLUID-4037 and tweaked the JavaScript very slightly. However, I couldn't seem to get the scrollable table styles to work in IE6, both for the Uploader and the simpler demo. Maybe I just broke something simple, or maybe it's a deeper issue.

I've also created a fork of Infusion on Github with the patch applied. You've got permission to push changes into it. Can you clone it, take a look, and push your fix into it directly? Or submit a new patch if it's easier? I can help you with all the Git-isms. Here's the repo:

I'll push it to the master Infusion repo once we've got it working in IE6.
