Upcoming SVN freeze, Git migration

Hi All,

An update. Repositories are live at: https://github.com/fluid-project

Justin is just going over line endings, when that is done he will
test-fire commit hooks to the commits at fluidproject.org list. The Git
plugin is installed and working nicely on Jira.

Thanks for bearing with us on this migration, now the real *fun* begins.
